I was born in
Shangqiu, Henan
Province, China in 1980. I lived there until I
graduated from Shangqiu No. 1 High School in 1996. Then I join the
Department of Automatic
Control,
Northwestern Polytechnical
University (Xi'an China), majoring in Electrical Engineering and Automation.
My advisors in NWPU are professor Hui Lin and Dr. Xiaohua Wu.
In January 2001, I joined
the
Department of Electrical & Computer
Engineering,
National University of Singapore
(Singapore) for my
master study. My major there is Analog IC design focusing on Sigma-delta ADC. My supervisor is professor
Yong-Ping Xu, and my
co-supervisors are professor
Leng Seow Tan
and Dr. Zhe Wang. I got master degree and left Singapore in March 2003.
In August 2003,
I joined the
Analog & Mixed-Signal Center,
Department of Electrical Engineering,
Texas A&M University (College Station,
TX, USA) for my PhD study. My advisor was Dr.
Sameer Sonkusale. My research was focused on ADC design.
Because of my advisor's leave from TAMU and also some personal reasons, I
quitted the PhD program.
Since August
2005, I have been working as an Analog Design Engineer in
Maxim Integrated Products.
I worked on oscillator and bandgap products and now work on sub-GHz ISM band
transceiver.
I like martial arts, calligraphy and
tennis.
