I was born in Shangqiu, Henan Province, China in 1980. I lived there until I graduated from Shangqiu No. 1 High School in 1996. Then I join the Department of Automatic Control, Northwestern Polytechnical University (Xi'an China), majoring in Electrical Engineering and Automation. My advisors in NWPU are professor Hui Lin and Dr. Xiaohua Wu.

In January 2001, I joined the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering, National University of Singapore (Singapore) for my master study. My major there is Analog IC design focusing on Sigma-delta ADC. My supervisor is professor Yong-Ping Xu, and my co-supervisors are professor Leng Seow Tan and Dr. Zhe Wang. I got master degree and left Singapore in March 2003.

In August 2003, I joined the Analog & Mixed-Signal Center, Department of Electrical Engineering, Texas A&M University (College Station, TX, USA) for my PhD study. My advisor was Dr. Sameer Sonkusale. My research was focused on ADC design. Because of my advisor's leave from TAMU and also some personal reasons, I quitted the PhD program.

Since August 2005, I have been working as an Analog Design Engineer in Maxim Integrated Products. I worked on oscillator and bandgap products and now work on sub-GHz ISM band transceiver.

I like martial arts, calligraphy and tennis.

For the details of my technical background, please refer to my resume.
